Project Inc Files Not Used

TS 0.984, MS1, Extra 029w

Custom inc files for MAP, MAT and CLT. Map type is 115 kPa, which uses the kpafactor4115.inc file, which I have customized.
All inc files for this project are in the mtCfg directory of the project. The project directory was set up by/for Megatune.

TS does not recognize the map signal.

MAT and CLT are incorrect values.

Copy kpafactor4115.inc to the TunerStudioMS/config directory, restart, and MAP works.

It seems that TS is not reading the inc files from the project. Am I doing something wrong?

TS first checks for the inc files in the folders:
[Your Project]\inc\
Then
[Your Project]\projectCfg\
last in the:
[Application Install Dir\inc\

mtCfg is never referenced by TunerStudio as that folder doesn't exist in a TunerStudio Project.

Oops, yes I should have said TunerStudioMS\inc.

[Your Project]\inc\ didn't work.
[Your Project]\projectCfg\ worked for all the inc files.

If you go to the Menu:
Help --> About

What version does it say you are running?
Because a few versions back it was only looking at the projectCfg and if you are running vista auto update can not work properly when not run as Administr4ator.
