fan output flashes on-off?

when i start TS the fan output flashes on-off ..green then white with the flashing..what cuases this? it happens when the stim is running it also..Jeff

Is it flashing while it is connected, not connected, or trying to connect to a controller?

flasshes after connected while in use,,on off on off...another Question..in MT there are settings in the "file confgurater" is that of no use in TS? thanks for help..Jeff

What firmware are you using? Some of the firmwares share the Fan indicator with other OutputChannels. Then if say you are configured to run coil packs, several of your indicators can flash on.

The equivalent of the MegaTune Configurator settings are in the Project properties dialog.
On the Menu:
Project --> "Project Properties"
Click the settings tab.

The list of settings may be shorter as TunerStudio only shows the ones that are used by your firmware.
