MS2 2.1.0 beta's. table calibration

Post by kritip »

I have no doubt it's my own fault, but using the latest MS2 beta's and trying the thermistor and O2 calibrations in tunerstudio gave crazy readings. jumping from extreemes etc.

Doing the same in MegaTune and they worked fine. Then moving back to TS and the readings are OK.

Is that because i shouldn't be using the beta's with TS?

Cheers,

When you say latest, what version do you mean? I ask because there was a bug in the thermistor calibration that could cause just what yo describe. The current version "Should" be fine to use. So, if you are running on 0.986.3 or newer and having trouble, please let me know!

0985.1

I only installed it about a week ago on my new eeepc. That update must have occurred recently. Not tested it yet, but sure it's now fine. Apologies for my error :(

No problem. It is a pretty new release. I'm glad you reported it, a week or two earlier and I may not have noticed yet :). Auto update only checks for a newer version if it hasn't checked for 7 days,so you would have gotten the prompt soon :)
