Error Message

Post by wes kiser »

This has happened twice. I go to open a project, and get an error message the firmware doesn't match the .ini, even though it is the same one I was using. I navigate to it anyway, and then when it tries to load the project I get the following message:

Failed to load Project, it doesn't appear to be a valid project.
Error loading Megatune configuration file.
Root Problem:null

The only way I can fix it is start a new project, and then navigate to the .ini it previously told me was wrong. Then it works. It has done this with two different projects that use two different firmwares. Is there any way to repair this?

Thanks again for the excellent software.

I am currently changing around the way a signature mismatch is handled as it can sort of send you in circles now, but this sounds different.... You are actually getting a signature mis match when there isn't one?

What signature is is displaying for the Controller and for your ini file? I assume one of them is strange.

If you have a bad project that won't open, can you zip up the whole project folder, less any log files and send it to me? p_tobin <at> yahoo.com
