Load axis for afr table not matching in logs

Load axis for afr table not matching in logs

Post by Paul_VR6 »

TS .988.1
MLV 2.954
MS1-E 029y4

Project was created in TS never been in MT. Car runs AlphaN so TPSADC optional field has been enabled and set. Main VE and spark table axes seem to be working fine. AFR table load axis doens't agree between TS and MLV:

Never had a problem before but this might be the first car I've tuned with TS in AlphaN mode.

AFR tables have an interesting quirk with MLV.... AFR Target 1 table will using the Y axis bins for AFR Targets 2.

This is an issue that needs to be fixed in MLV.

The work around is to edit your AFR Targets 2 table X & Y values to match what you have on AFR targets 1.

You have to do this in TunerStudio, and usually you are not using table 2 anyway. You will need to put it in dual table mode to access the table though.
So in TunerStudio:
- Export your AFR targets 1 to a vex
- Turn on dual table.
- Open AFR Targets 2
- import the vex
- turn dual table back off.
- save you msq

Then even though MLV will still be picking up the wrong Bins for that table, the values will be right.

Excellent, thanks!

Ok, I just did that and the values are still wrong, but that's fine, correct?
