That exceptionally long tooth time can't be right though. I seem to remember something like this happening before and I forget now what it was.

I'll do that. But just as a first example, what I show above (with the log attached) is with 36-1 with both triggers single edge not inverted (however that last one might be misleading because it will depend on the input circuit used). And what would be expected is a single trigger 2 pulse at the first of the SecLevel Flag where there is the trigger flag. And there should not have been a gap in the trigger 1 pulse when the trigger 2 pulse occurred (and looking at the tooth time in the log, there should not have been one).
So looking at the log again, it does look inconsistent because there are 3 "1" in a row for trigger 2 when there is only a single trigger edge from the signal coming from the JimStim.

Actually, it is not inconsistent but rather should not be interpreted as an edge like trigger 1 but only as the signal being on.
