Hi.
I switched to TS about a few weeks ago and really love the software.
I configured it using this link
http://www.miataturbo.net/forum/t40159/
I have a 9697 MSPNP Using Hi Res Code (No MAF)
The firmware I selected to use for my project is located in the MSPNP MM9697 Mithout MAF folder (msns-extra.s19)
Config seems to be fine per instructions. However, I made note of the coolant and intake temps in TS. Then I closed TS and opened MT.
TS reads 7deg F lower than MT for CLT and 5-6 deg F higher than MT for AIT.

If you used EasyTherm or alternative inc files, you will need to copy those to your Project:
put the thermfactor.inc & matfactor.inc you are using in MegaTune in the folder:
[YourProjectFolder]\inc\
Then TS will pick those up and use them instead of the default GM ones.
