Cannot calibrate TPS!

For discussion of Phil Tobin's Tuner Studio software (Only about the tuning software itself, not about how to tune or firmware features)

Cannot calibrate TPS!

Post by RickRST »

Bit of a bug i think, MS1 extra ini in TS does not allow me to calibrate my TPS. It is a weber/Sierra Cosworth sensor which has 5v on open throttle and 0v closed. TS gives the error message - open should be greater than closed or such like - not in this case it shouldn't! MS2 extra allows calibration, just gives a warning.

The MS1 code itself assumes that closed = about 0V and wide open = about 5V. This is used for accel and flood clear. So it isn't a TS issue.
