I just found that this morning, it appears when it first creates the default Dash for CAN devices it is not assigning the CAN device configuration, so it is looking for those Outputchannels on the Main Controller. It seems to work properly when you load a new Default Dashboard.
Awesome! That worked. Thanks.

I am having the same problems. I just began trying to tune my new msii v3 and GPIO controller. I have them hooked up to a 1996 lt1 and 4l60e tranny. When i try to select a tranny table I recieve a whole page of dashcomp to output channel errors. I can right click on the can1 dash and select load/load default dash, but i still get the errors. The dash is also showing the tranny temp is around 250 degrees(motor has not been started). I have loaded the 2.905 on the megasquirt and the 2.1111 code on the GPIO.
