Such a number would be proportional to power.
This would be used for correction curves that should be proportional to power such as:
- low airflow MAT correction ... (e.g. the Autronic has a correction factor that blends the MAT reading with CLT at low airflows - raising calculated MAT)
- long term heavy load richening (e.g. Hondata will richen at heavy load over time due to piston crown temps rising)
- etc.
I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this, but bear with me, and let it be food for thought.
