Had gotten my previous problem fixed (see;" error message") and was getting a good display except the RPM gauge was jumping from 0 to 8000
and back and flashing red. Went to "General" under "fuel setup" and set the ECU to #1 for MSII, closed the menu and immediately got
a "not connected" display. Checked under Communications, all the settings are correct, ran the port test and it failed. Re-ran the loop test from my MSII to Hyperterminal and it says the path is fine. Tried re-booting both TS and my computor with no success. Any assistance appreciated.

You might want to upgrade to the current MS2/Extra firmware - see the Downloads link above.

Re: Tunerstudio won't connect V2.
James. Thanks for responding. I brought everything back by re-loading the 2920 ini file. Should explain that I am still in the process of putting the board together
and had bogged down at step 55. Will wait till it is all together then upgrade the firmware. Now to find out why all the pots work except the RPM though it passes the JimStim
tests.
Thanks again.
