New user question tune files!

Post by the_buster »

Hi,

I have a base tune for my engine. It is for an MS2 and I have an MS3. How would I import this tune so that it suits my MS3. I am very new to this and have connected to my MS3 for the first time today :D

Thanks,

MS3 can import much of an MS2/Extra tune file, but a few settings won't copy over. It will give a list of warnings about what settings did not translate over directly at that point.

hi

I did a compare tune with tuner studio and I selected to load the settings from the base tune. I have made sure that my ignition and injectors are set-up as they should be for my engine but is there more I need to do before initial start? or have I gone about this all wrong?

thanks,

That's most of the way there.
