TS FE Auto Tune v.s. Viewer VE Analysis

Does anyone know "IF" the TunerStudio AutoTune feature uses the same algorithms as the MegaViewer VE analysis tool ???

If there is a difference, would someone kindly help me understand the differences ?

They are very much the same except for the Lambda Delay table in TunerStudio vs a set number of records delay in MLV.
