Resetting User Activations

Hello there!
I need some help with the TunerStudio MS licenses.
I recently formatted my laptops and forgot to remove the previous license information before formatting. In the meantime, I purchased an Macbook, so, I'll be using one of my old laptop as a backup and leave it inside my car.
There's a way to revoke all the computers associated with this particular license information and re-activate all of them? Should I contact a specific e-mail with this question?
