Deactivating TS

Post by Laminar »

I found an old post stating that there's a 30-60 day delay between deactivating an instance of TS and being able to re-register a new computer. I got a new laptop this week and was able to disable TS before returning the old laptop, but now I can't activate TS on the new laptop because I'm out of licenses (the other two are on my office PC used for initial configuration and garage PC used for initial startup).

Is there any way to speed up the rolloff so I can get my new laptop registered. My radiator hoses and driveshaft come tomorrow and I'll be ready to start driving and tuning, I'd prefer to do it will the full version.

Also, do the same rules apply for MLV? I didn't see an obvious way to deactivate the license on my old laptop.

Thanks!

Yes, email support <at> efianalytics.com and they can free up the deactivated computer.
