Driver for USB toRS232Cable?

I purchased the cable to connect a usb port with the RS232 port on the MSII v.3.from EFI Analytics. It has worked very well with the windows 8 netbook I have, but I would like to also be able to use it with an older windows 7 netbook as well. I had an adapter that worked reasonably well, but the EFI cable works better. My problem is that the windows 7 netbook does not recognize the cable either in the default RS232 mode or with the usb and bluetooth mode.

Is there someplace I can find the driver software for the cable without buying another cable?
