Feature request: more scaling options to ui

Hi

I'm using TunerStudio on 10" Windows 8.1 tablet. It works fine, but since tablet has a resolution of 2048x1536 on 10" screen, most menus and texts are really small.

Adjusting dialog font size to maximum helps, but text is still quite small. Could it be possible to make ui elements scale better on small- hires screen?

Yes, this is in the works for the next major release.
The hi res panels are causing havoc with Windows.
