tunerstudio lite window 7 problem

Post by jitters »

I'm having trouble getting Tunerstudio MS Lite to run on my Windows 7 laptop. When I open up the program, the opening page is unclear, and is difficult to select anything. Difficult as in: the cursor doesn't correspond to the page ( ie: the cursor arrow does not change into the cursor hand when over top of the selections. Instead the arrow will change into a hand when over a blank part of the screen). If I do manage to open a menu the menu is unreadable ( blank ). Please see attached file.

I've tried installing, rebooting, then re-installing. Only to get the same outcome.

Any advise would be appreciated.

It looks like a video driver problem.
What type of video chipset do you have?

Do you have the proper drivers installed or just the windows default drivers? (it looks like you are running pretty low resolution)

You solved my problem. Thank you. I updated my video driver and the program now runs fine. You are also correct about the resolution, my laptop can only do 1024x600.

Thank you again.
