It looks like you are using an MS1 Extra project to try to connect.
Try creating a new project.

Which settings?
ECU tuning settings will be fetched as soon as you connect or load up a MSQ you saved in the other project? Always be sure to regularly Save Tune As.
Project Properties - Settings will need re-selecting.

So I start new project and load the msq file from my old project? will there be no conflict as I saved my msq on the MSnS? and now loading to the MS2?

Project seems to have the wrong ini file selected. It's MS1 extra/029y3 and your ECU seems to be MS2 with a rather old extra firmware.

Ok guys, now I've tried starting new project, things look better through communications test now I get success but later I get this:

Just to let you know, the problem was in the cable. Bought new one and it works fine now. Thanks to all of you, especially to Brian.
