TS3 Beta hanging Javaw.exe

I have been noticing a higher RAM load and looking into it I keep finding there is a Javae.exe running. I cannot end it other than by restarting my PC. When I open TS is states another instance is running but it will not open if I select bring to foreground.

Anyone else had this issue?

I'm using Win7 and TS Beta v2.9.110
