TS and windows 10

I recently upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8.1 and seem to experience a lot of comm issues. Mostly when i have opened TS an I set the key kn ignition everything works but no comm with TS. Usually when restarting TS it does connect. Anyone else experience this

TunerStudio likes to kick me off WiFi when the Bluetooth is active but that happened in 8.1 and now in 10 so nothing new. I thought it was just my tablet until this past week when I finally realized it only happened when I was running TS.
