TS3, another cell entry

I was modifying the timing correction table on an ms3, and when selecting a cell in the numerical graph, using a number only for a positive timing number works as normal, but when modifying the retarded timing value, selecting the cell and pressing the minus button on the laptop brings up the decrease by x amount menu. Not as smooth as before. I had to select the = button and then could do the minus 4 degrees

What is not as smooth about it?
The minus button on 1D tables seems to be working with negative numbers?

I guess I short cut the shortcut. I mouse click a cell and press 2, that new number appears if a 3 was there before, I click with mouse and press the minus button and the decrease cell by prompt pops up, then if you wanted -2 in that spot, it catches you off guard and makes you think real quick or I have to go back and press the = sign, then hit -2

It's nothing major, just one or two more steps over making it a positive number

I think I get you now, the same point ashford raised in another thread shortly after you posted here.
You cannot do direct entry of a negative number.

Perhaps the subtract dialog should only come up if there is more than 1 sell selected.
