That bar at the top of the dash

That bar at the top of the dash

Post by Six_Shooter »

Ok, this has been bugging me since the first time I used Tuner Studio. On the "MSII Extra LED" dashboards there is a bar at the top of the dash that SEEMS to follow the AFR, but also seems to have limits as defined by the changing colours at either end, which the AFR bar graph that is next to the digital AFR readout doesn't also have.

So what is that bar representing? I have tried looking for the answer through different means but have not been able to find the answer.

If you go into Designer mode you can see how that bar is constructed. It is a bit different...
It is actually 2 gauges using a Horizontal Bar Style both are assigned to afr1. The one on the left side is using counter clockwise rotation so it moves backwards, it also has the mins and maxes assigned backwards with the min getting the high value and max getting the low value.

There is some overlap of the right ones min and the left ones max to make it wider when near stoich, but once away from stoich one sid of the other will be railed out leaving only the other side to show a value.
