Gauge Demo not working

I'm using TS 3.0.10 and started building a simple dash. When I try to run the "Start Gauge Demo" the gauges do not sweep. They work on other dash tabs in the same project. I have attached the dash file if you want to take a look.

I think there is something up with TS's demo mode. I was online with a controller, then told it Work offline and none of the dashes want to sweep.

Still a problem in 3.0.16. I know its not super important, but any ETA on this?
