Cant get TC to engage!

Just like the title says, I cant get the Traction Control to do anything.
I set the the minimum TPS, MAP, and VSS all to 0 and turned to enable input to off in an attempt to trigger it as easy as possible. No luck.

What am I missing?

It looks like CAN VSS is not set up correctly. Use these settings instead.
