TS Cant open my project!

Hi all,

I'm using Tuner Studio 3.0.14 for the MS II installation in my supercharged Porsche 928. It has been working well for quite a while now (over a year) but this morning when I tried to open it I get a message dialog stating "Unexpected error occured opening project."

Looking in the log file, I see this....

And sure enough, I find a file called project.properties with a size of 0.

Any thoughts on how I can recover from this?

Your project does looks shot...

Did that project have many dashboards or customizations in it?

All your dash and tune files should still be fine. So if you create a new project, you can browse over to this project and get what you need.

The current TS should be saving a backup of the properties file so if an error occurs saving it it has a back up to fall back to. In your log it appears there is no backup..
I believe I discovered what was causing that sometimes last week. It was saving the project properties and back twice back to back and sometimes the one save would cause a file lock on the other. This has been fixed in the current beta 3.0.14.02
