Tunerstudio connectivity

I have a recurring problem, when I connect to the MS whilst out of wifi range, my laptop defaults to the lite version, I have to come indoors, restart the laptop and then connect to tuner studio , this is fine whilst at home, but how do I connect to the registered version of tuner studio whilst away from home, is there something simple that I am missing...

This is a TS problem and you should search/ask in the forum section that supports that product.
Correctly identify your MS ecu here
Read the Do's and Don'ts to avoid the common pitfalls before starting your install or asking for help
Use only these manuals other manuals may cause brain damage or worse.

I take it you are on Linux?
