Translation problem

Hello Phil,

With TS 3.x I notice a translation problem in every dialog windows. You add an "text area" in bottom of each dialog windows that display the current selected item "tooltip". This part of the dialog windows isn't translate at all, while the tooltip witch have exactly the same sentence is.

Oops... That does not seem to be applying the translations.
