Hello,

Because MS3 1.5 firmware is out and that James claim that TunerStudio MS 3.0.17 MUST be used with it, where can I download the installer ?

Only provide 3.0.16 version.

3.0.17 is available in Beta download page, but I don't use beta

If you already have an installed of TS, on the top under <Help> <Check For Updates> 3.0.17 is the latest as of 1/22/17

I know that, but :

1- from a long time ago, and due to previous auto-upgrade problems that was ALWAYS solved by do a re-installation, I don't trust upgrade process anymore.

2- Any new users should install the lastest REQUIRED version. Now this version is at least 3.0.17 and I think that it should be downloadable ;-)

I have 5 computers running various versions of TS, Windows OS and AV software. I don't recall running into any update issues, with the exception of my antivirus not recognizing the TS installer as it was too new.

The update process has been quite revamped recently.

Now all files are validated with an md5 checksum and the install files are not updated until all files have been downloaded and validated.

So even with bad internet connections it should be pretty hard to hose the installation. This is true if you are updating from 3.0.15 or higher.
