Tuner studio

I have a megasquirt 3 and i make the datalogger by sd card in the ecu. when i put the sd card on computer, open tuner studio, click data loggin, import/conversion, convert binary log, then open the file window and i select the file (pass log), then said reading file and later open a box that said Java Runtime Enviroment not found. I installed the java version 8 update 121 (jre-8u121) and still not working. My laptop is window 7 and service pack 1, 32bit operator system. Any suggestion will be good received.

What version MegaLogViewer do you have?
Try this:
- On the main menu click "Data Logging"
- Right Click on "View with MegaLogViewer"
- Click Ok to clear and reset MegaLogViewer location.
