TunerStudio log playback gauges?

Postby lutorm » Tue Feb 07, 2017 11:03 am

When playing back a log in TS, is there a way to animate the gauges as if it was receiving the data from the ECU directly? I'd like to splice a dash playback together with audio/video recording to make it more obvious what's going on in a long log.

I swear I did this before but recently I'm trying to figure out what I did and can't - so I'm curious too. Perhaps it was a dream before! lol

Either way it would be an awesome feature!

Nope... It is on the todo list, but 1st I wanted to add a different logging.
Currently the logs only contain a subset o the data and it has been converted to ascii. So TS would been to convert the ascii back to a value and then there would still potentially be dead gauges and indicators.

Now on the other side, adding a gauge cluster to MLV is another option where you would have gauge clusters that only have gauge that are in the log.
