How to change indicator colours?

I can't seem to be able to access the properties for my indicators. In designer mode I right click on the indicator I want to change, but I don't get a properties option.
What am I doing wrong?

The properties dialog should be under the Dashboard Designer drop down option as seen in the picture below however you will need to open the Color Dialog to change the indicators color rather then the properties dialog.
