ok my car is up and running well point a to point b, I wanna use the auto tune feature , so what do I have to do? first off is this an extra charge? second I don't wanna loose my tune if something goes south so can anyone tell me the basics I am all new to it

Auto Tune is only in the registered editions of TS.
Once you have it, Save your tune under the file menu:
File --> Save Tune As
Then you will have a tune to restore if you should need to for any reason.

Switch the the Tune Analyze Live! tab.
Click "Start Auto Tune"

Go for Drive.

ok I have a registered addition so it should be there then I guess, I will take a look later

Remember autotune will only be as good as your AFR and timing tables are. Meaning if you set your idle to 12:1 AFR or any other questionable settings autotune will just tune to your settings which may make the car run bad.
