Flash Firmware using Wifi and TunerStudio MS

Hello,

Just a quick message to let people know that flashing a firmware over Wifi work well.

I just flash a Microsquirt Module. It was the first flash of the module that normally ask for a power-off when using command line MS2loader.
Using TunerStudio MS, it don't ask for a power-off and everything work well.

I just notice that when one use TunerStudio MS firmware update utility, at the moment when TS really send the firmware, the "Next" button is available. I don't try to click it until the entire firmware was loaded so I don't know what can happen if this button is "clicked" when TS send firmware. To be honest, I would prefer this button to appear ONLY when firmware is entirely send to the ECU.

Best regards,
Manu

Yes, I have tested over wifi. Always seems to work, but takes for ever...

I am still much more comfortable with a real cable.

The Next Button should not work until it is done. It should pop up a message if you try.

It may depend of the adapter. I didn't notice any latency or "long" flash with mine.

Glad to know. Would it be better to hide it until flash is complete ?
