Calibrating Oil Pressure Sensor

I have 3 AEM sensors, 2 0-100 psi sensors and 1 0-50 psi sensor so I imagine answering this question will help me with all 3.

I think it's just me being dense, but I have not been able to get my oil pressure gauge to match what my mechanical reads, it is using the 0-100 psi sensor. I set up ADC13 in generic sensors to use raw data then created a custom channel and input the .5v and 4.5v values from the chart below. However it seems to be consistently 10 psi off. I did not set it up as linear as I do not know what the values would be for 0 and 5 volts. Clearly I am missing something.

Plot it on a graph and work out what the 0v and 5v numbers will be and then use those. You can probably just estimate them if it is close to a straight line relationship.

kind regards

You have respectively 50 psi and 100 psi for 4V difference. So the first one has 12.5 psi/V and the second one 25 psi/V. So the first one has 0V=-20.95psi and 5V=41.55psi and the second one has 0V=-12.5psi and 5V=112.5psi.
