Bought TS Registered Version 2 hours Ago. Never Got Email...

Like the title says, I purchased it about 2 hours ago, and never received the email (Looked in spam folders as well). I have someone driving for a distance that I need to use this for on their car, and now I don't have it. I emailed EFI Analytics already. Throwing a hail Mary shot that I can somehow get in contact with the right people through here. Any ideas on what to do, or am I screwed?

Can always use the non-registered version for setting tune up. Only real advantage is the auto tune function (VEAL) but can still log a road run and apply corrected tune using AFR on free version.

Thanks, I have another registration on 3 other PC's, and have used this program a lot. I just wanted to add it to a few more, and a friends Laptop so he can use the Autotuning. Last time I got the email right away, and was expecting the same. Oh well. Thanks for the reply!

Sounds like your email went to SPAM
gmail especially has been doing that lately, we are trying to get that resolved.

email support <at> efianalytics. com and they will get it to you even if by different email.

Email used to be easy, 10 years ago the emails were sent from a PC in the basement with an SMTP server running. They were sent right out over a timewarner cable connection.
And everyone got them.

These days the emails are sent out on a server with proper reverse lookup, SPF records, DKIM, google loopback validations, etc...
They are as clean as we know how to make them, but they still land in SPAM sometimes. :_(
