The RPM REV limiter did not work(

Today I decided to write down the log file and there was a disaster! After I pressed the throttle on a neutral gear, my engine spun up instantly to 8025rpm, although the limiter was at 6000rpm. With such high revs my engine could not stand it and broke the pin of the gear on the crankshaft which goes to the gas distribution mechanism. Now I need to remove the heads of the block and change all 24 pieces of intake and exhaust valves at best. What I set up is not correct? What caused such a big engine speed? :(

This is an MS3 generic support issue, not a TunerStudio issue.

Is either of "Fuel Cut" or "Spark Cut" enabled in the first picture?

"Fuel Cut" or "Spark Cut" not enabled..
"spark retard" alone can not prevent the engine from overspeed.

Thank you for attention! It's my stupidity I missed these points cutting off the spark and fuel (I usually use a spark cut but this time I missed this which caused the engine to crash :( Now I'll go see the consequences, remove the heads of the block!
