adafruit thermocoupler

Interested if this board will work well with our adc ports. Since it doesnt say its a 0-5v output it might have lower resolution than an ad595 chip

No, that chip uses an SPI (digital) connection, not analog.

Yeah, not only does it use an SPI port but it's a 3.3V device so that's another incompatibility.
