Hosting msextra code on github

As a developer, owner of megasquirt boards, and general enthusiast (albeit a noob), I'd love to see the code tracked on github or an equivalent site. Are there plans to do so?

I mainly ask because I'd like to follow the development of the code and having access from any web browser would allow me to do so with ease. I'd also be able to learn a lot in the process.

I see in the LICENSE-SOURCE.txt file we have the following stipulation:
Permission is required from the copyright holders before modified code may
be distributed. The code name and copyright strings presented to the tuning
software title bar must be agreed with the original copyright holders before
a derivative is released. The copyright holders reserve the right to prohibit
development and distribution of any code that is deemed inappropriate
for any reason.
I presume then that permission would be required to host the source code on my personal github account to achieve my aforementioned purpose? And I'd need said permission from all copyright holders?

Not trying to put pressure on anyone. I understand that this is your livelihood, and I'm not looking to subvert that or anything. Thanks for all your hard work! I'll accept any answer that you may have :)

github is intended for Open Source software. Megasquirt is not Open Source.

Thanks for your interest, but there are no plans to host the source code anywhere different.
