I think that setting for tuning and regular driving a normal sequential management and temporary trying a mode that doubles numbers of squirts like 2 stroke mode (assuming that it will half squirted fuel per pulse) should make you notice if your setted deadtime is correct, both for idle or power.
However those settings (INCLUDED injector phasing) need to be established well before you complete fuel map, unless you don't want to headscratch with these settings at all
