i got the composite log and i found the problem we had was jumper conected on the megasquirt expansion "JP7 INPUT PULLUP JUMPER".

i got a a couple of question i dont know how to hook up the camsensor on the wiring diagram it shows that you got to conect it to main ground plug DB37
http://www.msextra.com/doc/ms3/hardware ... iring-ms3x

so that means that i got to hook it up to the pin 14,15,16,17,18,19? the one that says good engine ground or the pin number 7 the one that goes to the tps wide band mat coolant sensor?
http://www.msextra.com/doc/ms3/hardware ... iring-ms3x

and another thing i did the injector test and it did work but i try to do the coil test and had no luck so i was wondering do i have to conect the oem igniter? or probably the coils are not conected like they should,its a 2 wire coil and using the ms3x for the coil spk a spk b and spk c

The cam sensor negative needs to connect to signal return / sensor ground on the main DB37 plug. Any spare ground will be ok except the engine grounds.

As per the manual, the MS3X spark outputs are low current logic outputs and cannot directly drive a high current coil. A 2 wire COP will be a high current coil that needs an external ignitor. If you have the stock ignitor then use that. It will almost certainly take a 0-5V input signal and require "going high (inverted)"

It looks like that coil driver box is already sending a tach signal to your car.

I'll use it as is and only have the MS trigger the coil driver box.

Agreed.

Ignore IGF, it is feedback to the ECU. Megasquirt doesn't use that.

MS will fire injectors in sequence a-f, so you need to wire a-f outputs then ccording to your firing order.

If you mean this:
phoenix3d wrote: Coil A -> Cyl 1
Coil B -> Cyl 5
Coil C -> Cyl 3
Coil D -> Cyl 6
Coil E -> Cyl 2
Coil F -> Cyl 4
Then that's correct.
