MS3 1.1.3 beta released

To announce that 1.1.3 is released as beta. Pending positive feedback, this will be promoted to "release" shortly.

Changes since 1.1.2:

Bugfixes
Fix twin trigger again. (Failed to test after 2012-02-20 change.)
Fix fan control accidental linkage to A/C
Fix low speed spark on 'rotary' channels (OVFLO code)
Fix single sample error in MAP on startup.

Internal / minor
Add 'x' command for ACK-less CAN passthrough write.
Apply Jean's CAN/serial fixes for IOx.
ini tweak
Serial checks if data page has a valid ram address.
Cleanup some unused vars in tpsdot calc.
