During calibration in test cam VVT1 0% or 100% no work. idem for vvt2-3-4.
Ih the gauge vvt duty I see the correct value, but in reality output is disabled... And I think is disable also during run... in the gauge vvt duty work, but in reality no work.

Ok, I tested on the bench and the paired second outputs weren't working. The duty shows on the dash, but nothing happens as you said.

In test mode now it works as I expect.
i.e. Test VVT1
Test duty
0% : VVT1 duty= 0%, VVT3 duty = 100%. Nitrous1= off, VVT=on
25% : VVT1 duty = 0%, VVT3 duty = 49.8%. Nitrous1 = off, VVT= dim
49.8% : VVT1 duty = 0%, VVT3 duty = 0%. Nitrous1 = off, VVT = off
75% : VVT1 duty = 49.8%, VVT3 duty = 0%. Nitrous1 = dim, VVT = off
100% : VVT1 duty = 100%, VVT3 duty = 0%. Nitrous1 = on, VVT = off

I'll send a test code by email.

For the cam fault, please take and post a "composite log" and also an "engine log".

:yeah!:
Thanks James..... now work
I attach log, msq, and composite. I have cam fault

First evaluation:
In PID I have P at max. I think necessary high value. Is possible increase the sensibility P? I is ok, normal value

In the log you can see the oscillation

Yes, that is working, but looking at the logs it isn't reaching the target. It seems that nothing is really happening until the duty gets over 30% or so.

Try running a much lower output frequency (20Hz ?), if my thinking it right, that should give a series of squirts of hydraulic fluid to the actuator (either open or close.)

Try setting "Poll level" instead of "Rising Edge" for the cam, that should clear the cam fault. You'll need to try both versions of "Level for phase 1" to get the sequential to work. Presently it must be falling back to wasted-COP as the cam isn't detected correctly.

20hz is perfect for PID.

now remain the the sync fault problem... I have tried poll level high and low, but cam fault no off.. I have tried 10 tooth level for phase but work in sequential

"status1" is showing "Full RPM Sync" "RPM Synced" which looks correct.

I'm seeing a CEL for MAT, but not CAM ?

"Sync Fault" just means that you've exceeded the number of "Lost sync count" that you have set. If you have a starter button instead of key, this might not be a problem. I'm not seeing anything bad with sync in that datalog.

However, what's going on with the MAP signal??? (Ah, I see you are alpha-N, so maybe that's why.)
