There's an implementation of this in pre-1.4 alpha 2.

This could also be done by re-activating your launch controll,enable boost on launch by at least 1%, turning on a PWM output channel to a NOS solenoid and setting the load on the table or curve to boost solenoid duty. Whenever the boost solenoid is active above 1% it would spray whatever you want.
