Hi James,
I am digging out this post to ask for a (maybe updated) csv or xls file of the table to develop a dbc file. The pdf is great for documentation but not so good to work/develop with. I am uploading the dbc-file if you would post a table. Any format is fine (openoffice, csv, xls or something...)
