I spotted that I hadn't raised the vssout_scale limit in the ini file. I've fixed that and re-uploaded the zip.

Re: MS3 pre-1.3.1 beta 2 released
Thanks a lot James. I'll try to test the VSS out over the weekend. I'm having issues with my USB connection so I hope being able to load the firmware.

Re: MS3 pre-1.3.1 beta 2 released
Very pleased with this release. I had been behind the 8Ball on prev versions, then upgraded to 1.2.4 a little while back and had lots of quirky issues that seemed to be introduced with IDLE, WB EGO Control when using PID, etc. Did retune, but did not have time to isolate issues.
Upgraded to this release and did have to retune again to refine, but this version appears to be very stable. IDLE is rock stable and not even using IDLE MAP Switching (42# injectors, alt batch on a Supercharged 2valve 4 cyl with Dist).
I didn't happen to check to see if VSS was correct, but will. Somewhere along the line 9since introduction) I had to change the pulses from 6 to 4 which was very peculiar.
One thing I noticed, but I am pretty sure this may be a TunerStudio Issue, is that when switching between using an EGO Authority Map, VE analyze live appears to crap out and can not be made to work unless a full Recycle. Maybe this is just the way it is, when switching between the Authority MAP which kind of makes sense.
Speaking of which, I must have missed when this feature was introduced, but I absolutely love it as now I can prevent over correction at IDLE, etc!
Keep up the good work gentlemen.
