2step/Launch Control VSS limit not working

I was testing the launch control/2step today and the VSS1 limit does not work, plush the " Disable launch when vss1 above" limit is greyed out unless you have it set to launch/flat shift.

I tried all they way back to 1.3 alpha8 ,and up to 1.4 alpha1, and it doesnt work ,seems when the limiter method , and VSS based launch control was added, it quite working.

Here is the MSQ and log file again, you can see in the log that Launch control is still active even with the VSS1 above the set point, this is on the bench.

Confirmed and fixed. The code was checking the wrong config variable.
