Fuel priming - but not as we know it Jim

Using pre1.3alpha7, the priming pulse is restricted to the first 8 injectors.

I am happily running 12 cylinders and on turning the key I get a small blip of fuel into all 12 cylinders (presumably because 12v hits the fuel rail just a fraction before the peak and hold circuit powers up to turn off the injectors) and then there is a long wait for the priming pulse delay as I have fitted a (slightly lazier) new fuel pump and bumped this setting up to 3 seconds. Only the first 8 MS3X outputs deliver a priming pulse - the additional four outputs do not. (The car runs fine (fully sequentially) on all 12 cylinders and the 7th and 8th MS3X outputs definitely do deliver a priming pulse so it isn't some sort of non-sync semi-sequential feature where you get restricted to 6 cylinders out of 12.)
