Bug in Nitrous Launch delay.

Post by quark2501 »

There is a small bug i the Nitrous launch delay. I have a very sensetive trigger on the clutch, and uses vvs to stop Launch. But this affects Nitrous also, Nitrous will cut out when it sees the launch input active, without the launch beeing active.

Is that really a bug though? If I am touching the clutch I don't want any nitrous.

I my opinion it is.

Launch has been disabled by vvs, but Nitrous cuts out anyways, it looks if launch buttom is active istead of if launch in reality is active.

It also cuts out with delay=0

This is what mine has been doing. I put the NOS active on 12v in, that helped but not 100%. I added another clutch switch and doubled them up in case one was bouncing. This has helped but only 2 passes since that install. I have my clutch/launch on input 1 and was thinking about moving it to input 2 which is on another port.

James- would a 12v pull up help on this if signal spikes are jumping into the launch wire and effecting it ?
