MS3 Binary Log File Converter?

Is there a stand-alone converter software for the MS3 log file format (as saved to the SD card)?
Or is TunerStudio the only option at the moment?

You need to use TunerStudio or write a parser that also understands the data placement and scaling factors from the ini file.

Well ive already written a C parser for some of the INI, maybe ill have a go at a converter sometime.
